Agreement

By accessing hallozetta.com, booking a demo, or using Hallo Zetta, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

The service

Hallo Zetta is an AI-first WhatsApp inbox for teams. It helps automate routine replies from your knowledge base, supports human handoff, and is designed for WhatsApp direct chats and groups. It is not a website chat widget and does not replace professional advice where human judgment is required.

Access and onboarding

Access to the production application is provided to approved teams by an administrator. You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for how your organization configures AI, knowledge bases, and team permissions.

AI-assisted replies

AI responses are generated from content you publish and rules you configure. You remain responsible for reviewing automated replies and for compliance with applicable laws, WhatsApp policies, and industry regulations. You can disable AI per conversation at any time.

Acceptable use

You may not use Hallo Zetta for unlawful activity, spam, harassment, malware distribution, or attempts to bypass platform safeguards. You must have a lawful basis to message your customers and must honor opt-out and data-protection obligations.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed under applicable law and does not include indirect or consequential losses.

Changes

We may update these Terms or the Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this site with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
