Depending on how you interact with us, we may process contact details (name, email, phone number), business information you provide when requesting a demo, WhatsApp message content and metadata processed inside your workspace, knowledge-base documents you upload, and technical data such as IP address, browser type, and usage logs.

We use data to provide and improve the Hallo Zetta service, operate AI-assisted replies from your published knowledge base, enable human handoff in your team inbox, respond to support requests, secure our platform, and communicate about your account or onboarding.

Sharing and subprocessors

We do not sell personal data. We share information with infrastructure providers, WhatsApp-related services required to deliver messaging features, and professional advisers where necessary. Each customer workspace is isolated; your customer data is not used to train models for other customers.

Retention and security

We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. We apply access controls, encryption in transit, and monitoring appropriate to a business messaging platform. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Your rights
